Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled UI&UX and Graphic Designer with a passion for creating visually compelling and user-centered designs. This role will involve designing interfaces for web and mobile applications, enhancing user experiences, and supporting branding efforts through digital and print design.
Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design: Collaborate with product managers and developers to design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Graphic Design: Develop marketing materials, social media graphics, and branding assets to support our brand’s visual identity.
- Prototyping: Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create and present prototypes for new features and products.
- User Research: Conduct user research and testing to iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency across all designs, following brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and other graphic and wireframing tools.
- Creativity: Strong portfolio showcasing creative and user-centered designs.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to feedback and work in an Agile, iterative design environment.
- Knowledge of web standards, responsive design, and user-centered design principles.
