Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Laravel PHP Developer and Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and designing web applications using Laravel and will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel PHP framework.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and web layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Participate in project planning and provide time estimates for development tasks.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Laravel PHP development.
- Strong understanding of the MVC architectural pattern.
- Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React.js.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
